Gender Equality Index 2021

Since 5 September 2018, all companies with more than 50 employees must measure the equality between men and women within their organization.

For Primobox, the exercise is brand new as we passed the 50 employee mark during 2021. At that time we scored 76 out of 100.

The index is calculated according to 4 indicators. Here are the scores we obtained for each of them:

  • Gender pay gap: 35/40
  • Gender gap in the distribution of individual raises : 25/35
  • The number of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave: not applicable since there were no return from maternity leave
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid: 5/10.

This gives a total of 65/85 and therefore an overall index of 76/100.

The monitoring and improvement of this index in the months and years to come is in line with our HR guidelines:

  • Allow each employee to flourish within Primobox
  • Encourage the acquisition of new skills to strengthen the employability of each employee
