  • To guarantee the support service and myPrimobox users help, the data treated is: first name, last name, e-mail address, company, registration number of the employee in question. These data are collected only to enable the PRIMOBOX support team to answer the users in case of interrogations or connection issues on myPrimobox.

  • To ensure the commercial contact part / website prospection and LinkedIn, the treated data is: first name, last name, professional e-mail address, phone number, company’s name. 


Recipients of collected data

The data collected for commercial prospection are addressed to:

  • A few PRIMOBOX internal services ; namely the marketing and commercial services for you to be recontacted in order to present PRIMOBOX solutions
  • The website host, OVH, located in Roubaix (59100) in France.
  • LinkedIn, located in Paris (75008), in France, for all the data collected through the form on LinkedIn;

The data collected to ensure the support service are addressed to:

  • PRIMOBOX internal services ; implying the support service, in charge of answering myPrimobox users questions and demands 
  • The support host: CHEOPS TECHNOLOGY, located in Canéjan (33610), in France

PRIMOBOX only communicates your personal data to internal services, as well as its hosts. None of your data is transferred to other parties than those previously mentioned. The data transferred to our host providers only serve to achieve their missions, and we endeavor to contractually agree on good practices to respect, for the purpose of being compliant to the regulation related to personal data protection.

In addition, in order to meet the legal and regulatory requirements, we can be led to communicate some personal information to administrative or judiciary authorities on specific written demand motivated by legislative texts, taking all the required measures to transfer them through secured means.

Indeed, our service, chosen by the employer, implies that you keep your personal myPrimobox space for life to be able to store all your documents, as you wish.

We treat your data in France, within the European Union. If PRIMBOX decides to treat these data outside the European Union, we commit to warn you beforehand by written means on the PRIMOBOX website. In this perspective, we will take all physical, technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from being altered, loss or being accessed by non-authorized party.

In accordance with the Data Protection General Regulation (n°2016/679) enforced since the May 28th of 2018, subject to a proof identity if required, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your personal data by simply contacting us. The security of your personal data

Taking into account the state of knowledge, the costs of implementation and the nature, the scope, the context and the purposes of the processing as well as the risks, whose degree of probability and seriousness varies, for the rights and freedoms of the natural persons, PRIMOBOX commits itself to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to guarantee a level of security adapted to the incurred risk. The PRIMOBOX premises (5 Allée des Acacias, 33700 MERIGNAC) are placed under video surveillance for the purpose of security of persons and goods. Only PRIMOBOX authorized personnel (CEO and Information System Security Managers) have access to the recorded images.

The data are deleted within one month from the date of recording.
