my email address
You can change your email address yourself from your myPrimobox account. Once you are logged in, click on the “cogwheel” (“profile” button) at the top right of your screen.
Enter your new email address and click on “Update”.
If you are unable to carry out this action, we invite you to make a request to our support team.
my login
You can change your login yourself from your myPrimobox account. Once logged in, click on the “cogwheel” (“profile” button) located at the top right of your screen.
The procedure for changing your login is as follows:
– go to Settings with the toothed wheel
– change the identifier
– click at the bottom on “Update” (after this step a window will appear)
– enter the password for your myPrimobox account
– validate
If you are unable to complete this action, we can update your email address, we invite you to make a request to our support team.
my Surname / First name
You can change your first or last name yourself from your myPrimobox account. Once logged in, click on the “cogwheel” (“profile” button) located at the top right of your screen.
The procedure for changing your login is as follows:

– change your first or last name
– click at the bottom on “Update” (after this step a window will appear)
– enter the password for your MyPrimobox account
– validate

how my pay slips are sent out
If your employer has given you the opportunity to do so, you can change the way your pay slips are sent via the “My HR space” module accessible from the home page of your myPrimobox space:
If this space does not appear on your account, you must request it directly from your employer.

my accounts
If you already have a myPrimobox account and have just received an email to activate a second account (in the same or a new company), you can click on the activation link:
To the first question: “Do you already have a myPrimobox account, answer: YES
Now, log in with the login and password of your first account; the merger will be automatic. Your two accounts will be linked into one single account.
If you have not done this step, if you are experiencing difficulties or if you have received a letter for the activation of a second account, we invite you to make a request to our support team.
